Aubri O’connor

Director of Development
Aubri is a professional fundraiser and nonprofit manager living and working in DC. She is dedicated to supporting marginalized genders in the arts, and creating opportunities for arts organizations across the region.
Born in Watertown, NY, Aubri attended Oberlin College for theatre (‘04), where the student group OMTA taught her lessons she uses still today. After a short period in Beijing, China at The People’s University, Aubri moved to DC, and co-founded Nu Sass Productions in 2009. She has served as the company’s Development Director, combining her artistic background with a passion for sustainable nonprofit leadership. Aubri’s career in fundraising began as a student phone banker for Oberlin College and grew into professional roles such as Alumni Director at The Field School and Assistant Director of Leadership Annual Giving at the Columbus School of Law. In 2024, she earned her Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from The Catholic University of America.
Along with Nu Sass, Aubri is the nonprofit producer for The Sirens of Sin, Pinky Swear Productions, and District Fringe. She is on the leadership committee for the Indie Stage Collective, and is a proud member of the Theatre Washington professional theatre community.
Amber Henrie

Director of Marketing and Communications
Amber may have hung up her dancing shoes, but she’s still taking center stage as a seasoned marketing powerhouse with a passion for arts advocacy and telling dynamic, impactful brand stories. In 2013, she founded In The Lights, a PR and marketing agency focused on the performing arts, culture, and fitness sectors. With extensive experience in marketing, branding, social media, and media outreach, Amber has earned significant industry awards, key speaking opportunities, and media placements for clients worldwide. From global corporations to emerging artists, she crafts campaigns that resonate, especially by harnessing the power of technology to engage new audiences. Amber is also an active volunteer with local organizations and campaigns working to drive meaningful community change.
Her interests in publicity, marketing, and entrepreneurship began while working in the Center for Entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University, where she earned a B.A. in Dance, with an emphasis in Ballroom and Dance Education.
Born in Idaho, raised in Michigan, and a New Yorker for 20 years, Amber now resides in a 100-year-old farmhouse in Princeton, NJ, with her husband, fur babies, and stepdaughters.
Jenn Cinicola

Jenn Cinicola (she/her) is an arts administrator, dancer, reader, listener, and experimenter engaged in a perpetual duet with the world around her. She is passionate about creating systems that support artistic expression and nurture thriving, sustainable arts communities.
Her path into arts administration began at American University, where she supported her dance program and gained early experience in organizational work. She later expanded her focus to fundraising and philanthropy at Dance Place in Washington, DC, where she saw firsthand the power of development in uplifting movement-based art. These experiences affirmed her commitment to building and sustaining communities rooted in creativity, with a special emphasis on dance.
After earning her degree, Jenn relocated to the Greater Boston area to join the Boston Ballet’s Patron Services team for their 2023–2024 season. She went on to broaden her expertise in development while serving as the Member Services Specialist on the philanthropy team at Jacob’s Pillow. Jenn is thrilled to be a part of Dance Loft on 14 as their Patron and Customer Service Coordinator.
Kamillia Mccracken

Company and Education Manager
Kamillia McCracken (Ballet Master and Dancer) was raised in Richland, WA, where she began her training with Mid-Columbia Ballet under Debra Rogo. She went on to receive scholarships to study at programs including Pacific Northwest Ballet, Sacramento Ballet, Colorado Conservatory of Dance, and Alonzo King LINES Ballet. Kamillia continued her education at Point Park University on artistic scholarship, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, concentrating in ballet.
That same year, she joined Moveius Contemporary Ballet in Washington, D.C., where she has performed leading roles in works by Diana Movius, Alvaro Palau, and Royce Zackery. Alongside her performing career, Kamillia is passionate about dance education. She has taught throughout the DMV area, specializing in early dance training while also coaching advanced students in both contemporary and classical ballet.

Diana Movius

FOUNDER, President, and Artistic Director
Diana is the Founder of Dance Loft on 14 which is the flagship dance center of Moveius Contemporary Ballet. Dance Loft is dedicated to providing professional and affordable dance spaces, and it serves the city-wide dance community and its local neighborhood with studio space, arts programming, and performance space.
Diana was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She trained with Patricia McBride at the Charlotte Ballet (formerly named North Carolina Dance Theater) and Melissa Hayle-Coyle at Charlotte City Ballet, and spent summers at North Carolina School of the Arts, Charlotte Ballet, and Ballet Chicago.
Diana is an international climate policy expert whose work experience includes Climate Advisers, the World Bank, Center for Clean Air Policy, the United Nations, and other notable environmental organizations. Much of her choreographic work combines policy-related and scientific topics with dance.

Michaele Skye Glouchkova (Misha) began dancing at age 3 and began her classical ballet training in 2005. She studied under Melanie Kregel, Artistic Director of Metamorphosis Dance Company, and her mother, Melissa Glouchkova in Round Rock, Texas. As a Senior Company member of Metamorphosis Dance Company, Misha enjoyed dancing in featured roles such as Clara, Snow Queen, and Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Queen of Hearts in Wonderland, Stepsister in Cinderella, Pas de Trois, Petite Cygnes and Swan Corps in Swan Lake, and Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty. She also guested with Corpus Christi Concert Ballet as the lead in their performance of The Red Shoes. In her senior year, she moved to Pittsburgh, PA to dance in Pittsburgh Ballet’s High School Full-Time Program, and in the following year was accepted as a Trainee for The Washington Ballet. Here, she performed roles such as Spanish, Cardinal, Snow Corps and Flower Corps in Septime Webre’s The Nutcracker, as Nymph, Garland Dancer, and Mazurka in Julie Kent’s, The Sleeping Beauty, as Swan Corps and Mazurka, in Swan Lake, and as Villager and Willis, in Giselle. Within The Washington School of Ballet, under the wonderful teaching of Xiomara Reyes and Rinat Imaev, she performed many prominent roles, some favorites including Diana from Diana and Acteon, as well as Principal Soloist in Gioconda, Satanella, and Ruslan and Lyudmilla. In 2021, she was also given a chance to be a part of MAGNIFICA, an original Mimmo Miccolis work produced for the Italian Embassy and performed in the Italian Ambassadress’s residence.
In 2022, she was promoted to Studio Company with TWB where she enjoyed dancing in Balanchine’s Serenade, All the Little Boxes by Dana Genshaft, and B1 by Andile Ndlovu, as well as Julie Kent’s, The Sleeping Beauty. In her second year, Misha worked with other wonderful choreographers, such as Houston Thomas in A Dancer’s Prayer, Jessica Lang in Coloring Silent Space, Chanel DaSilva in colōrem, and Annabelle Lopez Ochoa in Delusional Beauty.
This will be Misha’s second season with Moveius Contemporary Ballet. In 2024, she performed many works through the season, one favorite being Bach’s Passion, choreographed by Roudolf Kharatian. At Dance Loft, she has worked in many different administrative roles, and will now be joining as Programs Associate. She looks forward to seeing everyone in the halls at Dance Loft!
