LATINA TRIBE - Select Thursdays & saturdays
Join Coach Monica on select Thursdays and Saturdays for Dance Fitness classes specializing in Reggaetón, Perreo, and Latin Fusion!
As a certified Latina Tribe coach, you are guaranteed to build confidence and get your workout this class!
DC Taekwondo - Tuesday & Thursday
Instructor Brian Wright offers Taekwondo training for adults—all levels and beginners welcome.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-8pm.

One rule dance - zumba class
Turn life off for an hour and come shake it with us!
Zumba with One Rule Dance is a dance-fitness program that combines Latin, pop, and other music with a fun, low-pressure, high-energy workout. Classes are for all fitness levels and involve a mix of high- and low-intensity intervals, with choreography inspired by styles like salsa, merengue, reggaeton, and hip-hop. No experience is necessary - just bring yourself, workout clothes and a water bottle!
Classes are Sunday mornings from 9 - 10 am.

Learn Brazilian Zouk's fundamentals and social dance skills to join a growing local and international community of dancers. These 8-week courses on Tuesdays will cover the most essential techniques and patterns of this social partner dance.
Our first level, Basics 1, requires no prior experience and runs from 7:15-8:40 PM. Our second level, Basics 2, is for those who have learned the initial basics already and runs 8:50-10:15 PM.
Both courses run from August 18 through October 6.
