Dance Loft offers affordable, flexible studio rentals for rehearsals, classes, workshops, and creative development. Choose the rental option that fits your needs:

Member – Ideal for frequent users; enjoy lower hourly rates, no booking fees, and added perks

CASUAL RENTERS (Non-members)

For One-Time
REHEARSAL
(and all not-for profit studio use)
No Annual Membership Required
Booking Fee: $50.00 per rental 

Hourly Studio Rates:
Studio 1 = $80.00 per hour
Studio 2 = $70.00 per hour
Studio 3 = $55.00 per hour
Studio 4 = $45.00 per hour
Conference Room/Studio 5 = $40.00 per hour

For One-Time CLASS/WORKSHOP
(and all for-profit studio use)
No Annual Membership Required
Booking Fee: $75.00 per rental 

Hourly Studio Rates:
Studio 1 = $100.00 per hour
Studio 2 = $90.00 per hour
Studio 3 = $60.00 per hour
Studio 4 = $50.00 per hour
Conference Room/Studio 5 = $45.00 per hour

Groups of 20+ must book Studios 1 or 2. Rentals with 50+ attendees require a custom quote.

 

Corporate / Event Membership

For organizations, large-budget nonprofits (operating budget over $800,000), or events such as meetings, conferences, and special programs.

Rehearsal MEMBERSHIP

For rehearsals, including individual artists, incorporated collectives, or small nonprofits

Annual Membership fee: $125 per calendar year

Includes marketing and box office support
Hourly Studio Rates:
Studio 1 = $58.00 per hour
Studio 2 = $50.00 per hour
Studio 3 = $43.00 per hour
Studio 4 = $30.00 per hour
Conference Room/Studio 5 = $25.00 per hour

TEACHING ARTIST MEMBERSHIP

For teaching artists hosting classes or workshops, and all for-profit studio use

Annual Membership Fee: $165.00 per calendar year

Includes marketing and box office support
Hourly Studio Rates:
Studio 1 = $70.00 per hour
Studio 2 = $65.00 per hour
Studio 3 = $50.00 per hour
Studio 4 = $40.00 per hour
Conference Room/Studio 5 = $30.00 per hour

How to Join

To activate your membership:

  1. Complete the Membership Form

  2. Submit Membership Payment

A staff member will follow up after both forms are completed to begin the booking process. Membership is valid for one year from the date of submission and payment. 

Please note: By renting space at Dance Loft, you agree to abide by our Rental Terms and Conditions. Waiver forms are required for all individuals participating in any rental activity.


PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP


Policies & Forms


** This discounted rate is available by advance approval and applies to not-for-profit dance/theater rehearsals. Eligible users include:

  • Individual professional artists

  • 501(c)(3) dance or theater ensembles

  • Artists developing new work for public presentation

Not eligible:

  • LLCs, for-profit entities, dance studios/schools, dance teams, talent or modeling agencies

  • Any use involving payment collection (e.g., tuition, class fees, memberships, coaching sessions)
