Heels Workshops with Metumbao

Heels style dance emphasizes sensuality, body awareness, and feminine movement. This workshop will focus on the fundamentals of heels dancing, including posture, alignment, technique, and how to strut and move confidently in your heels! You will also learn short choreography to perform - either for the camera, one another, or yourself!
