Dancer Sponsors provide essential support by helping fund the rehearsals and performances of a specific dancer, for parts or all of the season. Moveius Contemporary Ballet (MCB) is dedicated to providing fair, living wages for all of our dancers. Dancer Sponsors help make this possible! Plus, being a Dancer Sponsor is fun: you’ll get to know our dancers, watch them working in the studio, mingle with our artistic team, and see how Moveius operates behind the scenes!

All levels of Dancer Sponsorships include these “corps” benefits:

• Selecting which dancer, or dancers, you wish to sponsor

• Two tickets to MCB’s open rehearsal series

• Two front row tickets to every MCB performance

• Attendance at our end-of-season reception

• Public recognition, if desired, in printed programs and online as a Dancer Sponsor

$500 Plie Dancer Sponsorship
All dancers start their ballet class with plies (knee bends). The Plie Sponsorship is a first step into supporting one or more of our talented professional dancers for the performance season. This amount supports a dancer in the rehearsal process for one dance work.

$1000 Arabesque Dancer Sponsorship

Partway through the ballet barre, dancers begin arabesques (lifting the leg to the back). Arabesque is our second tier of Dancer Sponsorship, providing heightened support for the dancer(s) of your choice. This amount supports the dancer in the rehearsal process for two works.  Arabesque sponsorships include:

• Attendance at our annual company dinner

$2500 Pirouette Half Season Dancer Sponsor

Halfway through class, dancers practice turning on one leg. The Pirouette Sponsorship supports a dancer in rehearsals and performances for half the season! This sponsorship includes: 

All Benefits of Arabesque Sponsorship: plus 

• An invitation to watch company class

• Lunch with the sponsored dancer and the Artistic Director

$5000 Big Leap Full Season Dancer Sponsorship

Dancers end the ballet class with grand jetes (big leaps). This level sponsors the dancer for an entire year. As a full season sponsor, you will be the only sponsor for that dancer!

Full Season Artist Sponsorship includes:

• All of the benefits of a Pirouette sponsorship, and:

• Attend a small, special dinner party with your sponsored artist, the Artistic Director, and other artistic staff. Here, you can discuss the dancer’s career, watch performance videos, and more. Our team will incorporate your interests and preferences to craft a special evening.
