Diana Movius
(she/her)
FOUNDER AND Artistic Director
Diana is the Founder of Dance Loft on 14 which is the flagship dance center of Moveius Contemporary Ballet. Dance Loft is dedicated to providing professional and affordable dance spaces, and it serves the city-wide dance community and its local neighborhood with studio space, arts programming, and performance space.
Diana was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She trained with Patricia McBride at the Charlotte Ballet (formerly named North Carolina Dance Theater) and Melissa Hayle-Coyle at Charlotte City Ballet, and spent summers at North Carolina School of the Arts, Charlotte Ballet, and Ballet Chicago.
Diana is an international climate policy expert whose work experience includes Climate Advisers, the World Bank, Center for Clean Air Policy, the United Nations, and other notable environmental organizations. Much of her choreographic work combines policy-related and scientific topics with dance.
Aubri O’connor
(sHe/Her)
Director of Development
Aubri is a professional fundraiser and nonprofit manager living and working in DC. She is dedicated to supporting marginalized genders in the arts, and creating opportunities for arts organizations across the region.
Born in Watertown, NY, Aubri attended Oberlin College for theatre (‘04), where the student group OMTA taught her lessons she uses still today. After a short period in Beijing, China at The People’s University, Aubri moved to DC, and co-founded Nu Sass Productions in 2009. She has served as the company’s Development Director, combining her artistic background with a passion for sustainable nonprofit leadership. Aubri’s career in fundraising began as a student phone banker for Oberlin College and grew into professional roles such as Alumni Director at The Field School and Assistant Director of Leadership Annual Giving at the Columbus School of Law. In 2024, she earned her Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from The Catholic University of America.
Along with Nu Sass, Aubri is the nonprofit producer for The Sirens of Sin, Pinky Swear Productions, and District Fringe. She is on the leadership committee for the Indie Stage Collective, and is a proud member of the Theatre Washington professional theatre community.
Jenn Cinicola

Development and Marketing Manager
Jenn Cinicola (she/her) is an arts administrator, dancer, reader, listener, and experimenter engaged in a perpetual duet with the world around her. She is passionate about creating systems that support artistic expression and nurture thriving, sustainable arts communities.
Her path into arts administration began at American University, where she supported her dance program and gained early experience in organizational work. She later expanded her focus to fundraising and philanthropy at Dance Place in Washington, DC, where she saw firsthand the power of development in uplifting movement-based art. These experiences affirmed her commitment to building and sustaining communities rooted in creativity, with a special emphasis on dance.
After earning her degree, Jenn relocated to the Greater Boston area to join the Boston Ballet’s Patron Services team for their 2023–2024 season. She went on to broaden her expertise in development while serving as the Member Services Specialist on the philanthropy team at Jacob’s Pillow. Jenn is thrilled to be a part of Dance Loft on 14 as their Development and Marketing Manager!
Gondré Lewis

Rentals Manager
Gondre-Lewis is the Studio Associate for Dance Loft on 14/Moveius Contemporary Ballet. He is responsible for supporting facility-based programming and services, answering inquiries, attending the studio schedules, and helping maintain the various spaces and their needs. He is a graduate of University of Maryland, Baltimore County’s BFA Acting program and has a Master’s Degree in Acting from the California Institute of the Arts. Gondre is an artist of many mediums, from performance art, to visual, to the poetic. He’s excited to support the artists of DC in sharing, finessing, and enjoying their crafts and looks forward to connecting with all of their stories.
Kamillia Mccracken

Company and Education Manager
Kamillia McCracken was raised in Richland, WA where she began her dance training with the Mid-Columbia Ballet under Debra Rogo. Kamillia supplemented her training and received various scholarships from programs including Pacific Northwest Ballet, Sacramento Ballet, Colorado Conservatory of Dance, and Alonzo King Lines Ballet. She attended Point Park University on artistic scholarship, graduating in 2019 with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance, concentrating in ballet. She joined Moveius Contemporary Ballet during the summer of 2019. Since joining, Kamillia has performed leading roles in works by Diana Movius, Alvaro Palau, and Elizabeth Watson. One of her continued passions is dance education. While performing with Moveius, Kamillia has shared her knowledge of this art by teaching at various academies in the DMV area. She specializes in early dance training while also coaching contemporary and classical ballet at the advanced level.
