Available by advance approval for not-for-profit dance and theater rehearsals. Here's who qualifies:

- Individual professional artists
- 501(c)(3) dance or theater ensembles
- Artists developing new work for public presentation
Not eligible
- LLCs, for-profit entities, studios / schools, dance teams, talent or modeling agencies
- Any use involving payment collection — tuition, class fees, memberships, coaching
